I can ping the copier’s IP just fine. I am able to access the web utility so I know that I can connect to the copier via TCP/IP. IPP is enabled. Any ideas are appreciated!
Richard, I downloaded both PCL and PostScript drivers from the Konica/Minolta website. I have tried both drivers on mulitple workstations. I have tried printing using both LPR and sending raw data via TCP ports 9100, 5500, and 10001. I have tried printing to the spooler and directly. Everything has failed so far.
UPDATE: I just added a second network printer to the network and had no problems setting it up. The other printer is a Brother MFC-8460N. The Konica still does nothing. If I press the “printer” button on the Konica copier, on the LCD screen it says “Ready to Print” and underneath it says “Network Initializing.” Thanks everyone!

What are the popular models for laptop printers?

Also, does anybody know how to attach a laptop to a colour copier so that I can print?

F.y.i., the laptop is a new Acer model. I don’t know the exact model. I’m asking on behalf of someone else.
