I am helping my friend with her computer. When I click on Copy in the SmartPanel of her Epson Perfection 1660 Photo Printer, we get a runtime error that shows Program: C:\Program Files\Epson\Copy Utility\Copier.exe and says This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application support team for more information. I reinstalled and still have a problem. I contacted Epson and a week ago they said someone would get back to me. HELP!! The website didn’t have a patch or download for this.
