We are stuck with a copier lease and no longer need the machine. How can we change this situation? What is a great copier for the office?

    turn it into a pay copying machine, and hand out quarters to the people when they need to make copies.

    In my personal experience, allocating departmental account numbers and then apportioning the cost of the copying back to their individual budgets - doesn’t cost much, but people tend to change their attitudes to pointless, multiple copies that way!
