We have a Xerox workcenter m940 that won’t turn on. It has the power cord plugged into a live outlet. Any ideas on what to do?

    Check for a bad fuse and maybe even a paper jamb as that can cause a default shut down.

    buy a new one cost you less than getting it repaired
