A friend of mine claims that its bad for a copier to make a photocopy of something that has a staple in it. Is that true or is it an urban legend?

    It is okay as long as you are not sending it to a customer because it is not very professional. I don’t think it can hurt the copier. I do it all the time.

    I honestly don’t see any thing bad with that I’ve never heard of an urban legend with that.

    It shouldn’t be, you will see it on the copy though.
