Tell the machine to duplex or copy 2-sided to 2-sided.

  2. FILE Says:

MAKE A COPY THEN PUT IT BACK IN THE PAPER FILL UPSIDE DOWN OR RIGHTSIDE UP DEPENDING ON YOU COPY MACHINE AND PRESS PRINT. TRY IT WITH A SAMPLE PIECE TO SEE IF IT IS RIGHTSIDE UP OR DOWN, THEN MAKE YOUR COPIES BY DOING THE FIRST PAGE FOR ALL YOUR COPIES AND REINSERTING THEM INTO THE MACHINE TO DO PAGE 2. SOME MACHINES DO MAKE 2 SIDED COPIES BUT YOU HAVE TO PROGRAM IT TO DO IT. GOOD LUCK.

Easy, Copy one side then take that page & put it back into the paper tray of copier to copy the other side.

Yikes. It should be obvious. Make the copies, then put those copies into the Paper Tray. Then make copies of the other side. (test one first, so you know that you put it in Right Side UP and plain side UP).

But some copy machines pick up the TONER from the side that is already printed, and mess up the machine. They don’t warn you of that problem. They also don’t tell you to LIMIT the number of COPIES that you make. HEAT is the COPY MACHINE killer, so PAUSE for a few minutes after making 20. When you put the paper back in for SIDE TWO, they should have cooled completely. On the BACK SIDE, it might be best to print just 10 at a time, so heat does not build up.

Personal copiers are really meant for just a few copies at a time. If you run too many at once, it gets dirty inside and it can’t be cleaned. If you have more than 10 copies to make, you are better off going to a place like Staples or Office Max. Their price is quite low’ compared to the wear and tear on your personal copier.

    Good luck and Happy Computing!

Most printers have this option. The high end printers will automatically print on two sides if you tick the box in the printer properties. Lower end printers will allow you to print only on the odd-side pages or only on the even-side pages. They will print out your selection in the sequence you need, so you just wait for all the odd-sided pages to print, then pick them up, turn them over and place them back into the paper tray. Then select print all even-sided pages. Voila. Two sided printouts!
