has anyone purched a brother 2 in one printer?

i bought a brother 3 in one printer scanner photo copier model dcp-115c approx 15 mth ago having tried everything this machine will not accept glossy paper i find this machine a piece of crap and the brother company no help whatsoever has anyone else had problems with this machine or any brother prouducts

It could be just me, but I’ve never had any good luck with all-in-one printers. They either lemons, their device drivers conflict with other devices, or just quit working for no reason.

I’ve had horrible experiences with HPs, Lexmarks, and Brothers.

I just raised my arms up and surrendered and I just bought a scanner, printer separately when I had enough cash. Now that I have a separate scanner/copier and printer, I’m sooo happy and everything is working like a charm.
