How do I change the language of my Canon GP225 Photocopier from French to English?

The copier is not installed to any Computer System or Network. It is used on a stanalone basis.

I had purchased a second hand copier. It came with no manuals but I have got a soft copy of the product manual. However I need to change the language as I and my office staff dont understand French and are just using the basic copy functions. I need to set up the copier as part of my Computer Network and use the advanced features of Print, Copy, Scan and Fax.
