I have purchased a Ricoh FT 3613 photo copier which was copying very pale. I topped up the toner bottle but the results were no better ( barely visible print) The toner bottle slots on to what appears to be a small electric motor. I set the machine to 99 copies and watched the toner bottle which did not turn copies were still pale. I took the toner back out re-fitted it, now the copies are coming out virtualy black all over yet the bottle is not turning. Any ideas please.

are in manila, i know a place where you can have repair in minimal service charge, ricoh copier are more dependable brand in the market, lesstrouble or breakdown than canon /fuji xerox and it is more economical to maintain.
