We run 300-400 copies a month. We are looking for something inexspensive for both copier and toner. Maybe a copier with a duplexor.

    Ten-15 copies a day? That’s about minimal usage. Any copier should be able to handle that quantity. Even a computer printer that does scanning and copying should handle the load.
