Hello,
We have a HP7210 (an allin one but we use it for only fax & copier). It is printing in a weird reddish tone. I have done a toner check on it and when I do the toner check - all our new btw - it prints perfectly but try and get it to copy something and it turns it a weird cast of red. (the letters not the entire page). I have checked HP website but they do not address this. Thanks for any help!

goto your Printer Properties window, and reset the color balance.

Low level of blue and yellow can cause that. If that is the case red is the strongest and most visible. Another reason could be printer calibration. See in the manual if there is something mentioning printer calibration. It is a test which shows if printer heads of different cartridges are printing on top of each other mixing the ink into wanted colors. Process it self is automated.
