I have a copier/fax/scanner printer, and I was scanning pictures the other day and noticed they are all coming out with this mark. As i looked at the glass of my scanner i noticed that the mechanism that scans has made a mark across the glass. Does anyone know how I can fix that, or clean it? Is that cleanable? Please help.
