How can I make my scanner work?

I had corel and I used to be able to just put a photo in my copier and press scan and it would open Corel and automatically scan my photo’s and now it doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions? I just lost my 17 year old kitty and would like to send pictures to my friends…how???

    Did you look in Hardware Manager if your scanner still works? Maybe your scanner needs to have the software (Driver) installed again or the software.In your case I would deinstall my scanner and start from the beginning.If that doesn’t work your scanner is broken-Sorry to say.
    Also if you have dig camera you can load your pictures on your computer and then mail them to your friends.
