I can’t seem to find any settings in the progrm management files. All my photo copies are crooked. I need to know how to make copies! I’ve tried a few different positions.. HELP!

    I. What’s probably happening is that closing the cover onto the pictures move them ever so slightly so your scan is of a slanted photograph.

    II. Also, it could be that the paper is feeding at a slant as it’s drawn onto the print rollers.

    The solution to Roman numeral I is to close the flatbed cover more gingerly. Or:

    1. Scan the picture into ArcSoft PhotoImpression (it’s included as part of your printer software applications);

    2. Straighten scanned picture in PhotoImpression (use rotate feature);

    3. Perform any other image correction in PhotoImpression (e.g., remove dust specks–despeckle–, etc.)

    4. Print your copy from PhotoImpression.

    The solution to Roman numeral II is to check how the paper is loaded into the tray. Make sure you’re fanning the paper as directed.
