What type of movie file do my movies need to be for 4Media DVD copier to recognize it?

So just like the tittle says. I have 4Media DVD Copier, and everything is registered and legit. I ripped DVD’s onto my computer (Mac) and then when i go to choose the source, i CANT select any of the movie files i have.

Is there a specific file that it needs to be??? ex. mp4, avi, etc etc
