what is a fast and easy way to copy dvds?

I just want to copy a dvd onto a blank dvd how do I do that?Do they make a dvd copier that doesn’t require using the computer?

Yes they make DVD duplicators or you can simply connect the output of a DVD player into the input of a DVD recorder.
